Rustika Café and Bakery: The bakery, with multiple area locations, has created a dessert happy hour to help support Ukrainian relief efforts. Available Monday through Saturday from 2 p.m. until closing (through March), the happy hour will offer specially priced coffee and desserts; a portion of sales will be donated to the International Rescue Committee working to provide support to Ukrainian civilians forced to flee their homes. Rustika also is encouraging its guests to make donations directly to rescue.org.

Rustika Cafe and Bakery was founded by Francis Reznick in 1994. From the first day, executive Pastry Chef Francis put her vision to work. The vision is simple: Use only the highest quality ingredients while putting an international flare to each dish.

Francis Reznick is a renowned pastry chef who's cooking style and recipes, which have been passed down for generations, originated from Austria, Spain, France, and Russia. Her cultural inspiration led to the creation of a variety of classic Latin, American, and European dishes, as well as the most decadent, all natural desserts, pastries, and cakes.

Twenty years later, Rustika Cafe and Bakery is now an established, family-owned business and a staple in the West U community, as well as surrounding areas. The whole family, children, even her grandkids, help in any way they can!
