ABOUT

Mucho Gusto
My name is Dulce and I am the beating heart behind Mas Que Pan.

Originally from Mexico City, I spent the last 21 years in Minneapolis, MN where I raised my two kids, met the love of my life, and had the privilege of working with members of the Latinx and immigrant comunidades for 16+ years.

Whether accompanying first-gen college students through their journey from admission to graduation, advocating for patients and their familias as a medical interpreter, or developing processes to distribute emergency aid to gente affected by Covid in rural areas, collective wellbeing has been the force that drives mi corazon and my work.

I am grateful to be part of the Oak Cliff and Dallas comunidad and look forward to bake for you with that same amor and compromiso.

Our Mission
To create and bake delicious pan dulce and desserts representative of the diversity of identities and experiencias in our comunidades, and to nurture relationships rooted on a shared compromiso towards collective wellbeing – with and for our gente aqui y alla.
