All proceeds from Monday dish to Ukrainian Community Centre in Reading

Description

Mar 8:

Every Monday, we’re going to serve one dish to support the cause #cookforukraine. We’re starting it this week in our Reading branch with this delicious borscht along with croutons made from our very own RGBread for £5.
We’re staying open late tonight so feel free to come by and get some – all proceeds go to the Ukrainian Community Centre in Reading. Bring a bowl if you can to take away, or get some in one of our takeaway cups.

From next Monday we’ll be offering a dish for Ukraine in each of our cafés – we’ll have more details closer to the time.
Thank you!

Geo-Café is a family run café and grocery, providing a range of delicious food and produce

Originally a café, we have since transformed into the Geo-Café Grocery & Bakery, running alongside our new venture RG Bread.

We are very excited to announce that we now have two Geo- Cafés! The original shop is still based in Caversham and we are now serving customers in beautiful Henley-on-Thames.

Our bread

All of our bread is baked fresh on-premise in our RGbread bakery above our Caversham café. We have a selection of different sourdough breads, including: the Reading Heritage loaf, Henley Loaf, White Farmhouse, Barnie- 100% wholemeal and baguettes.

From time to time you'll also see a selection of new breads on offer so do pop down to see what we have available.

We make a limited batch to ensure we have no wastage so to ensure you don't miss out, you can pre-order your loaves and even sign up to a 12 week subscription and save 20%.

Our products

The products we source are from small businesses in the UK and abroad who have a genuine passion for the items they produce. For us it is about creating a more sustainable approach to business with small businesses supporting one another and providing the best quality produce to the local community.
