ABOUT

Hey there, let us give you a short back story to what we are about.

Together in partnership we have created the Indigenous Twist culinary entity- Mirritya Mundya meaning ‘Hungry Blackfish’ in the Ngarrigu language group of South Eastern Australia.

Our ‘little black fish’ has evolved from the growth of our award winning Indigenous Tourism initiative Ngaran Ngaran Culture Awareness ngaranaboriginalculture.com in introducing what we call the ‘Indigenous Twist’.

Using native ingredients and infusing it with other cuisine has been a great journey for us both, the connection with people in great spaces and providing a quality experience is something we get a real buzz off.

We both have a love for food it connects people in a genuine way and we hope that we can share some of our cuisine with you. From the Retreat Grazing Boxes through to our Pop Up Food Journeys with an ‘Indigenous Twist’.
